In cases where items arrive damaged, we’re always happy to help with a resolution — we just need details on the damage and any documentation of the product as received so we can verify the issue and work with the carrier when needed. Unfortunately, since the delivery confirmation photos indicted that the package arrived intact and no visible damage, and items were discarded, we weren’t able to process a refund.
