Fabulous Bagels, Great Customer Service
I have had a subscription for years, and the bagels are always fresh and delicious. Through no fault of New Yorker Bagels, my latest box of three dozen was dropped at my door with the bottom of the box completely split open and my bagels on the wet and dirty concrete. I emailed customer service with photos requesting a replacement or credit. They responded within a few hours and have promised to send me replacements. Their customer service is as good as their bagels! Highly recommended.

Great bagels, but they are a scam
On my second order of their bagels, I decided to order three dozen and sub subscribe a monthly order. On my very first order, they build me twice and sent me a double order and double the amount. When I contacted them their response way our system works. And they offered to allow me more space in the freezer and slow down my order. That is absolutely unacceptable. Typical New York attitude. But they just lost a good customer that referred them to a bunch of other neighbors.

To clarify, when a subscription is created, the system generates an order as a new entry, which triggers two confirmation emails sent immediately to you. We have not sent a duplicate order after that—an attempted payment was made from your side, as shown in the order timeline: “initiated_payment_attempt by customer”. This generated a second order, which also sent its own confirmation emails. Both orders were processed, shipped, and delivered, and you received four emails for each order—a total of eight emails—both during transit and before, at times when changes or cancellations could have been applied.
