It was kind of expensive to buy a dozen bagels and have them sent all the way to Idaho, but it was worth it. They just don’t make bagels like that around here and they’re so delicious and even if I freeze them, I can easily thaw them and they still taste amazing

New York Bagels, they have the best crunch and chew. The texture is dense and doughy in the right way. Nothing beats that fresh baked crust.
