Yes. In fact we recommend freezing any bagels not being enjoyed the day you receive them. Freezing how no impact on texture or quality. Our bagels thaw wonderfully - see our Detailed Handling Instructions for more info.

1. Take out of the freezer and thaw on-counter for 25-30 minutes.
2. Preheat your over to 400° Place bagels on a baking pan and bake for 4 minutes.
3. This method will provide the crispy outside and soft chewy inside of an authentic New York City bagel.
