Great size texture taste

Enjoyed my first Newyorker bagel today, Very good. I did break the rules by microwaving but only for 12 seconds to thaw enough to cut. I then put in a George Forman grill for a couple of minutes and it turned out great.

Great New York Bagel.

The bagels arrived fresh and I froze immediately, followed preparation instructions the next day and the Bagels were just a good, if not better, than those I remember growing up and living in the NYC area. Surprised how good the whole wheat was. Will definitely reorder on a regular basis.

Light Crunch, Too Big and Noticeable Sodium

We do not value oversize anything-even bagels. Unhappily, there's a mushy core as well. Perhaps cranberry is better.

Great Bagels

Hard to find everything whole-grain bagels. These were terrific. Still have half a dozen left follow the instructions to come out and put them on the counter for 30 minutes and threw it in the preheated 400 oven for four minutes. Put my locks in a slice of tomato on it. I used pepper walks, and it was terrific.

These are our special treat. Because we can freeze them with no loss of excellence (who knew?), we can enjoy our dozen even when it's just the 2 of us. They are bigger than most.
