Bagel Subscription - Help & FAQ
Please be sure to create a New Yorker Bagels account - subscriptions can only be managed if you have an account (accounts are optional). You can create an account even after you've subscribed - just use the same email address you used to order. You'll then have control to swap flavors, pause, cancel or change the date of your next New York bagel delivery.
- An email alert is sent to you in advance of your next shipment.
- Subscriptions cannot be modified within two days of their next processing date.
- All Bagel of the Month customers receive 300 sesame seeds in Bagel Dough Rewards!
- If your next delivery date falls on a Friday, weekend or holiday, it will be baked and shipped the next business day.

Subscriptions for you
To modify an active bagel subscription: Login to your Subscription Management using this link. Then click the "Manage Subscription" menu option.
Note: you must have an account to manage your subscription. If you checked out without an account, you can create one now using this link. Just be sure to use the same email address you used when you created your subscription.
Once you're on your subscription management page, click the light blue "Reschedule" button. You can then set a delay or select a new specific processing date.
Once you're on your subscription management page, click the light blue "Skip" button, and then the blue confirmation button to complete.
Once you're on your subscription management page, click the blue "Edit" link next to your subscription product. Go to the "Update your flavors" section and select your new flavor(s). Click the orange "Update" button to save.
Once you're on your subscription management page, scroll down to the "Account" section, and click to expand. Then click the "Manage addresses" section, and select the light blue "Edit" button to modify your shipping address.
You can alternately add an additional address (if you reside in multiple locations, for example). Select the blue "Add a new address" button instead, and enter your second address.
Once you're on your subscription management page, scroll down to the "Manage payment methods" section, and click to expand. You can then either edit your existing payment method or add a new one.
Outta freezer space? We get it. Once you're on your subscription management page, go to the Subscriptions section and click the blue "Edit" link. Then scroll down and click the blue "Cancel subscription" link. You can then pause, or select the light blue "Cancel subscription" button to cancel completely.
Gift Subscriptions
Unlike regular subscriptions, gift subscriptions are used to send fresh bagels to someone else. These subscriptions are pre-paid, and so cannot be modified. The recipient can change their shipping address or hold their next order by contacting our customer care team.
