Disappointed

If I were reviewing the quality of only the bagel it would be a 5 star. Unfortunately, their customer service cost them 2 stars. My shipment was to arrive on Wednesday, but I didn't get it until Friday and they were STALE. Four days later they got moldy and had to be thrown out. I paid $32.00 for 8 bagels!! I would have definitely ordered again, if I had received a modicum of customer care.

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed in our previous correspondence, your order arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and within the natural shelf life of our preservative-free bagels. Our bagels are baked fresh and shipped the same day, and we include instructions recommending that they be frozen upon delivery if they will not be enjoyed within 24 hours. When properly frozen, they maintain their freshness for up to a year.

We were also pleased to hear your earlier comment that 'even toasted, it is one of the best bagels I've had in a long time.' Based on our communications and the information provided, our team considered the matter resolved.

Our flat bagels are a thinner, flatter version of a traditional bagel, same great flavor and ingredients, just lighter with a crispier bite, perfect for sandwiches or toasting.
If you prefer a larger bagel with more doughy yuminess inside, our regular bagels are for you. But, if you like a smaller, denser style of bagel, more akin to what was served in parts of New York last century, try our mini bagels instead. You can checkout all the different options we offer through our website. Our team has emailed you links to our other products and we would love to learn more on why you were only able to leave 3-stars. We value your feedback and share it with our bakers to continuously improve our products.
