Bagel Freezing and Thawing Guide
These are fresh-baked bakery products with no preservatives of any kind - you cannot leave them out as you would supermarket products. With our free express shipping, your bagels will remain fresh for one day after delivery.
Yes. In fact we recommend freezing any bagels not being enjoyed the day you receive them. Freezing how no impact on texture or quality. Our bagels thaw wonderfully - see our Detailed Handling Instructions for more info.
- Take out of the freezer and thaw on-counter for 25-30 minutes.
- Preheat your over to 400° Place bagels on a baking pan and bake for 4 minutes.
- This method will provide the crispy outside and soft chewy inside of an authentic New York City bagel.
