Almost like being back in NYC!
Nothing beats eating bagels baked the same day, having them HOT and just out of the oven. BUT, I live in Phoenix AZ and that ain't gonna happen.
This is the next best thing!. And big thanks to the tip of not "Nuking" them in the microwave! Baking them (after half hour defrost) for 4-5 minutes at 400 degress make them delicious. Extremely tastier and better than what I find locally.
