Some may think a Plain Bagel is boring, to the purist there is none better. A hand-rolled, fresh, plain bagel crafted by New Yorker Bagels has some attributes that take it from ordinary to something you absolutely adore sinking your teeth into. This classic Plain Bagel has a lovely golden crust, shiny and hard on the surface, with a glossy appearance unmarred by any topping.

We noticed that your recent order was for our large hand-rolled bagels, while your previous orders were for our Mini Bagels. Our Mini Bagels are smaller and denser, similar to the style of bagels traditionally found on New York City’s Lower East Side. Our hand-rolled bagels, on the other hand, are larger and have a more doughy texture. We hope this helps explain the difference between the two styles. Nothing taste like a genuine New York bagel. Out here in the wasteland of Oklahoma you cannot get a decent bagel. Sure there are lots of places that bake bagels, but they’re not as good as a genuine New York bagel like we get from New Yorker bagels. I’m a plain bagel kind of guy. I like them that way. I also like the cinnamon raisin bagels. If you want a genuine New York
bagel that tastes like a New York bagel there’s only one place to get them and that’s the big apple. New Yorker bagels you can’t go wrong.
