Oh my goodness.....at last ! A New York bagel in all its glory. I was so happy to find you. As a NY Finger Lakes girl now living in the deep south, I've been searching for a 'real' bagel since moving here. Sadly these people have no idea what a real bagel is. Try as I might, my baking skills were put to the test....I got close, but not close enough.
I was like a wiggly little puppy when the deliveryman pulled up with my box of bagels. Thank you, thank you for shipping your wonderful bagels to places where no bagel has gone before. I give you 10 stars out of 5 ! They are the very best bagels I've ever had. It may have been my first order but it certainly isn't my last.
