Nothing Tops a NY Bagel...
...except a good schmear - lox, cream cheese, tomato, onion, capers, yum! These bagels complement the toppings perfectly as only a NY bagel can - with 2-day shipping, they seem bakery fresh when they arrive and their recommended method of freezing some and baking them later makes them even more bakery-like. Great straight from the bag but over-the-moon good when perfectly toasted. Favorite so far is pumpernickel; both poppy and sesame are just right. Hope to try the egg bagel and onion bagel next shipment.
