Storage Secrets You Need to Know

Rule #1: The fridge is your bagel’s worst enemy. Store them in a paper bag at room temperature to keep them fresh for a day. Want to save them for later? Slice them, wrap them tightly in plastic or foil, and pop them in the freezer.

Bonus: Our bagels come in sealed sleeves that can go straight in the freezer to preserve freshness!

Reheat Like a Bagel Genius

Rule #2: Microwave bagels? Never! That's your bagel's second worst enemy, as the microwave destroys a bagel's texture. For bakery-level bagel bliss, thaw your bagel, preheat your oven or toaster over to 400° and bake for 4-5 minutes. In a rush? Toast your bagels with the split side down to keep the inside soft and the crust crispy.
