I was skeptical about ordering these bagels as I have used another site and they were as bad as the supermarket frozen type. Well wasn’t I pleasantly surprised. Following the directions, the bagels were wonderful. I just bought more to take to my Son-in-law next weekend to see if they pass muster. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Very good

The bagels are huge, arrived on time, and were very fresh, but they have a notable bread-like texture, rather than a chewy one that you get with a traditional boiled bagel. Frankly, I prefer the latter. The bagels also toast quickly and, therefore, burn quickly if you're not careful. While they also taste good, there's just too much "bread" with each one.

As your bagels are always a treat, I have ordered them as gifts many times. However, this time, the delivery was very disappointing as it was to be overnight and arrive on 5/11. However, it wound up in Tennessee and never got delivered until 5/13. Additionally, I received two updates stating delivery due 5/13 and changed to 5/14. Serious issues with Fed Ex and not sure if this is now a common occurrence for their delivering of the bagels. If so, I will need to rethink order in the future. Thank you.
