I was supposed to get 3 six packs as per my order. This was also on the packing slip. Only received 2 packs.
Hi Sam! We’re so sorry for the confusion! Your order was for 1 dozen bagels (12 total): 6 Cinnamon Raisin and 6 Whole Wheat Everything. The packing slip lists them as “1-6pack” and “2-6pack” to indicate the first and second flavor, which can understandably look like more packs per flavor. We don’t offer boxes with 18 bagels, but we truly appreciate your feedback and hope this clears things up.
