They arrived in perfect condition. Usually I just pop them directly in the freezer. When I take one bagel out they stuck together, were wonderful but a bit of effort to separate. This time I let them air (as directed) before freezing, returned them to their bag and they never stuck together.

Bagels were received 2 days late and were poor quality when they arrived. I submitted a complaint but haven’t heard back. I would expect a refund or replacement
