NYC Bagels Wholesale

We're pleased to offer our Wholesale program to approved small and mid-sized applicants. This program allows you to differentiate your cafe, restaurant, hotel or shop by offering premium, hand-rolled, preservative-free New York City bagels. All orders are shipped fresh via FedEx or UPS 1 or 2-day shipping. Freight shipping is included in all prices. Our bagels freeze wonderfully, so we advise wholesale customers to order for 1-2 weeks and freeze – thawing additional bagels as you need them. 

You must be set up as a Wholesale Direct Customer to access our wholesale products. To get set up:

STEP 1) Create an account using this link.
STEP 2) Email wholesale@newyorkerbagels.com and we will complete the process. Please include your name, store name, phone number and state in this email to us.

Please note: these are premium bagels hand-rolled in NYC and shipped fresh - not a bagel you would sell for 99¢ with butter! If you're looking for cheap, bulk bagels we are not the supplier for you. 
You should display our decals on-counter, and make it clear to customers that they are getting an exceptional NYC bagel. Word will spread that you have the best bagels in your area and customers will come back - we're seeing it happen across the country! Thank you.

Hand-Rolled bagels are packaged in sleeves of six.
Mini Bagels are packaged in sleeves of 24. Minimum order is 6 dozen full size or 12 dozen minis.

Wholesale Direct Notes:

  • Delivery: If your wholesale bagel order is placed after 11:30AM EST Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, bagels will be shipped the following Monday and arrive to you Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available to select locations.
  • This service may not be available to certain locations and cannot be shipped to a residential address. Bagels ordered are for wholesale use only.
  • All Wholesale Direct customers agree to our Terms of Service. 

All orders are baked on demand and shipped fresh: please be sure someone will be available to receive and freeze your order.
