The are by far the best bagels in the land. They say it's the water, I say it's the makers. I've had other bagels from the area and these are the best by far. With Butter & Jelly, Cream Cheese & Jam. Made into a sandwich. Yumolla!

The only reason I took off a star this time is because quite a number were what I consider underdone — very light in color, which I avoid like the plague in my local bagel shops on Long Island. However, my family is not as picky as I am, having lived with awful bagels for 40+ years! I’ll probably order four dozen next visit!
