Our Egg bagel has a rich yellow color underneath the typical brown bagel crust. This bagel looks wholesome and delicious - and it is! An Egg bagel has a richness that surpasses that of a plain bagel, adding an extra layer of flavor. UNBLEACHED UNBROMATED ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, BROWN SUGAR, MALT SYRUP, contains 2% or less of each of the following: WHEAT GLUTEN, SEA SALT, YELLOW CORN FLOUR, YEAST, RAISIN JUICE CONCENTRATE, MALT POWDER, MOLASSES POWDER, NATURAL COLOR (PAPRIKA, TURMERIC), SOYBEAN OIL, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), ENZYMES.
Contains: Wheat.

The only common allergens that are present in our products are wheat and sesame. All of our bagels contain wheat.

My wife is not a fan of bagels that have fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. - she just wants "a real bagel." These meet her stringent requirements (and mine). We absolutely love these bagels!!

Living in the Midwest I have access to all sorts of cheese and beer and sausage. But I have not found an adequate supplier for a basic egg bagel. I even went so far as to make my own. I finally decided I'm old enough to splurge on air shipping a bit of Brooklyn to my home in Wisconsin. You made me very happy. You made my coffee taste better. You made my morning into my day a lovely experience. Thank you
