With my 1st dozen I made the mistake of just slicing a bagel in half and sticking it directly into the toaster. That's NOT the way to do it!
You absolutely have to preheat your oven to 400, put the bagel on a cookie sheet and place in oven for up to 6 minutes for the perfect bagel. Simply follow the directions provided and you will become a happy thoroughly satisfied customer!

It is so hard to find authentic New York bagels let alone anything with poppy seeds which is one of my favorites so I am very happy with my order and enjoying every bite.
