Hi. Ive been wanting to reach out to you all about my last order and then I just noticed when reviewing old emails that you have this feedback email that I had missed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my last order in the whole experience. I ordered the bagels on a Wednesday thinking they surely would come on Friday so I didn't pay extra for Saturday delivery and to my surprise they were not delivered until the following Wednesday!! I am in a coparenting relationship so I don't have my kids all the time and I specifically made this order for them and their friends that we're going to be over for the weekend. I have course absolutely love your bagels, but being in a challenging financial position, I wasn't gonna order them just cause I love them so much. So by the time they arrived, my kids were gone. I have course froze them according to your instructions and we have been enjoying them or I should say most of them. The sesame ones felt overcooked and not burnt but overly toasty. And for some reason, the cinnamon raisin and pumpernickel just were not nearly as tasty as previous experiences enjoying your bagels. Well, I feel much better now that I was able to tell you those things thank you.
