If you want to eat something wholesome and crazy delish, this is my ab fave bagel ever! I literally had to hunt them down after i had one at a local cafe and they were a once in awhile available treat there. I had to have my own! They are so fresh and special that u have to freeze them if u don't gobble them up within a couple of days! They stay equally satisfying and tasty after thawed and toasted or baked. High in carbs but more complex than refined plus whole grains and VEGAN! PRICEY but worth every penny i tell you!
