Quality is wonderful and there are 18-19 choices, all worth exploring,
My only thought is that we all independently believed the bagels can be made less meaty- meaning we cut each bagel horizontally in 3. LOL. Next time, I will mix and match the choices better. Don't under-estimate pumpernickel. It's my favorite and lightly toasted, adding houmous or baba gnoosh is great or Acme NY white fish -also superb.
